Session materials will be available to download from the AGN EVENTS APP during the event. Following the event, they will be available in the KNOWLEDGE BANK at MY AGN.  

Attire

Business casual (and comfortable shoes) will be appropriate for all technical sessions. Please remember that hotel air conditioning systems are prone to fluctuation, so you may wish to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions to ensure your comfort.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations for all technical and social events must be received before 5 pm Hong Kong time on Friday, 15 April, 2022 to avoid penalty. While substitutions will always be accepted, cancellations received after 5 pm Hong Kong time on Friday, 15 April, 2022 and 29 April, 2022 are subject to a fee of $200. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations received after 29 April, 2022.

Insurance/Liability

AGN International Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, Covid-19, accident to private property, or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, sea, road, or other services, strikes, sickness, weather, and any other cause. Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
