Attire

Business casual (and comfortable shoes) will be appropriate for all technical sessions. Please remember that hotel air conditioning systems are prone to fluctuation, so you may wish to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions to ensure your comfort.  

Appropriate attire for social events: Business casual.

 
 

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations for all technical and social events must be received before 5 pm Eastern Time on 8 September 2022 to avoid penalty. While substitutions will always be accepted, cancellations received after 5 pm Eastern Time on 8 September 2022 are subject to a fee of $235 USD. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations received after 8 September, 2022.
