Sunday, June 2
The afternoon Nashville City Tour and Culinary tour is sure to have your feet moving, stomach full and mind expanded with this cultural experience. Be sure to add this to the shopping cart when you register!

Sunday evening's Welcome Reception will kick off the official event 30 stories above Music City at The Overlook, the Embassy Suites rooftop restaurant. 

Monday, June 3
Companions will experience the iconic Studio B and Hatch Print Shop, finishing up with lunch at local favorite Etch Restuarant

Pearls & Plaid is the theme for the 2024 World Congress Gala to be held at the Country Music Hall of Fame. The evening will begin with a tour of the museum, followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing - to beat of a live band, of course!

Tuesday, June 4
The famous Ryman Auditorium and learning to bake up a southern favorite, buttermilk biscuits is on the agenda for Companions.

Cap off the event by donning a cowboy hat to an all-out Nashville experience at Ole Red, where we will line dance the night away!

About the Speakers

The sessions planned will focus on success - from client service to leadership to technical know-how. 

Justin Jones-Fosu will kick off the event on Monday morning with his Work to a Different Beat keynote. 

Tuesday morning Michael Brody Waite will introduce us to a new way of thinking in his session entitled Great Leaders Live Like Drug Addicts.

We will wrap up the program with Demographer and Futurist Ken Gronbach, who will provide insight into where we are now and what we can expect in the months and years to come.

Cancellation & Travel Information

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 days or more prior to event, will receive full refund. 
  • 30 - 59 days prior to event, there will be a $200 administrative fee charged. If payment has already been made, credit/refund will be reduced by $200.
  • Less than 30 days prior to event, no credits or refunds.
  • Substitutions will be accepted until 10 days prior to event start date with no penalty.

Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
