Cancellation Policy

The deadline for cancellation refunds is 2 October 2026. Cancellation after this date will be charged at 100%. AGN events are costed on a not-for-profit basis and, after this deadline, we are unlikely to be able to change our commitment to costs to make any refunds. Please take cancellation insurance.

Please ensure that you have travel and medical insurance for attending the event, including cover for cancellation. AGN International Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred in these eventualities.
