Leadership Workshop

Transforming Time and Talent: Building a Truly Future-Forward Firm. We all know that using time to measure performance and price your services isn't ideal. Pricing and billing based on time doesn't allow you to capture the full value or risk of your work, and automation and increased efficiency could lead to an unintended consequence of reducing firm fees.
