Business casual (and comfortable shoes) will be appropriate for all technical sessions. Please remember that hotel air conditioning systems are prone to fluctuation, so you may wish to bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions to ensure your comfort.

Registration cancellations/refunds

60 days or more prior to event, will receive full refund

30 prior to event, there will be a $200 administrative fee charged

Less than 30 days prior to event, no credits or refunds.

Hotel room cancellation policy

Room cancelled after 00:01 local hotel time on 17 Jun 2025 will be subject to 1 night(s) room charge, plus applicable Service Charge, Tax and Fees.

Room cancelled after 00:01 local hotel time on 01 Jul 2025 will be subject to 100% of stay room charge, plus applicable Service Charge, Tax and Fees.

Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
