Join us in Mallorca on 22–23 May for a dynamic event, featuring an exciting new Firm Leaders Track.

Two Tracks, One Shared Goal—to connect, learn, and lead. Whether you're a rising NextGen talent or a seasoned Firm Leader, there’s a tailored experience waiting for you in Mallorca this May.

Excellent+NextGen Track: Designed for AGN NextGenners, managers, junior staff, and technical team members, this track offers interactive sessions focused on strengthening leadership and collaboration skills. Participants will tackle real-world challenges and deepen their understanding of key industry topics like the move to advisory and digital transformation. 

Firm Leaders Track: Tailored for current leaders, this track explores the move to advisory and digital transformation from a strategic perspective. It provides a platform for meaningful discussions, innovative strategies, and peer-to-peer networking — equipping leaders to address emerging industry challenges and drive future growth.

On Thursday, 22 May, for the first time in AGN event history, we’re bringing NextGenners and Firm Partners together for a joint session — Bridging the Generational Gap. This interactive experience will explore diverse perspectives and foster collaboration, uncovering strategies to strengthen teamwork and firm success.

On Friday, 23 May, choose from two tailored tracks:

• NextGen Track — Sharpen leadership skills and dive into the move to advisory and digital transformation.
• Firm Leaders Track — Tackle industry challenges with a strategic focus on innovation and technology.

Cancellation Policy

Technical sessions and/or social events cancellations must be received before 17th April 2025.

Cancellations received by that date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that date will result in a cancellation fee of costs incurred by AGN.
